![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Im still only in the teens as far as my level is concerned. ![]() At least I don't regret buying early and getting the Mechromancer for free. Im late to the Borderlands 2 party, but I picked up the Season Pass for a steal. It sucks to see a game getting milked with DLC by its developer.Īnd don't get me started on the confusion about which DLC might belong to the season pass and which doesn't. With Borderlands 2 I hope for a bargain bundle of all DLC and will still think it through before buying. Im not butthurt about it, and I bought season pass 2 without reservation, but it still would have been nice. Which means you can spend hours in one mission dying in the fourth or fifth wave and repeating it over and over with no option to save progress. I DO, however, think that season 2 should have been part of the Diamond Loot Chest package for those of us that bought it (like me). Getting Season Pass 1 at the current sale should be well worth it. Bounty of Blood definitely had its moments. Kriegs DLC was very good, though I felt it was missing something. Especially Handsome Jackpot and Eldritch theme (Guns/Love/Tentacles). It's just an arena style "fight several waves of mobs" kind of game that sets you back 2 waves if you die during the mission. Felt they pulled back some of the annoyances of the main game. For singleplayers Moxxies Underdome was the worst. The Armory was a great expansion, robolution was ok, rest was sub par. And I still think Borderlands and Borderlands 2 are amazing games.įor the first Borderlands I waited for the goty edition, even if that meant buying the full game again. Borderlands 2 will be released September 18th on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.The new Tiny Tina DLC is the first I am mildly interested in. Gearbox frequently releases DLC for games in the Borderlands franchise, with Tiny Tinas. Tiny Tinas Wonderlands has plans for four post-launch DLC packs. Regardless of whether or not you purchase the upcoming DLC packs, Borderlands 2 is shaping up to be enormous, and a vast improvement over the first game. Gearbox frequently releases DLC for games in the Borderlands franchise, with Tiny Tinas. And while some may scoff at announcing a DLC plan before the game is even released, at least they’re offering a package deal, saving us a little money. The ever-popular Season Pass scheme will be present in Gearbox Softwares upcoming shooter sequel Borderlands 2, securing access to the games four. No details on what each DLC will entail, but I’m sure they’ll at least be as meaty as the add-ons for the first Borderlands, if not more so. The Borderlands 2 Season Pass will be available for purchase when Borderlands 2 is available on September 18, 2012. The Borderlands 2 Season Pass will grant access to all four of these add-on content campaigns as they become commercially available.
